How to Participate in Online D/SLEPC

 How to participate in online D/SLEPC : For Selected Students Only

 

If you have been selected for D/SLEPC, you may participate during scheduled period by District/ State Authority. For the virtual participation, you may participate through your Android /iOS version mobile or web-based application.

A. If you are using Android /iOS version mobile, please follow these steps.

1.    Download MANAK Competition app from “Google Play Store”.

2.    Once you install APP, you have to enter your student reference code (issued after award sanction) and you will get OTP in registered phone number.

3.    Log in with your reference code and One Time Password (OTP).

4.    On the dashboard you will find your details, kindly verify once and proceed further.

5.    There are two options for data submission: To upload a video/Audio/Photo along with brief description.  Video- up to 30 MB Photos- up to 4MB

6.    To Record a video/Audio and take picture along with brief description.  

Video- up to 2 Minutes,        

Photos – up to 4 numbers

Note:   Audio size – no limitation

7.    After clicking the final submission button, you will find an option for the text, if you have anything to write regarding the idea/model for more clarity, you can write here.

8.    Once you fill in the required details, have to click submit.

9.    Finally, tick on check box to certify the data information you have submitted and then click on the final submission button.

 

B.  MANAK Competition App web-based application

Students may also participate in D/SLEPC through web-based application after clicking http://online.nifindia.org/ dashboard and using same user id and password with similar procedure.

1.    What is DLEPC?

Inspire              “District Level Exhibition and Project Competitions”

which would be conducted in each District across India as per the schedule.

Inspire              “Sate Level Exhibition and Project Competitions”

which would be conducted in each State across India as per the schedule.

3.    What is NLEPC?

Inspire              “National Level Exhibition and Project Competitions”

 which would be conducted at notified venue in India as per the schedule.

Selected students should participate through web based application i.e., http://online.nifindia.org

5.    Can I participate through Mobile App?

Yes, Selected students can participate through Mobile App i.e., 

MANAK Competition App.

6.    Where can I download MANAK Competition App?

MANAK Competition App is an Android app. It can be downloaded from the Google play store.

DST has developed MANAK Competition App for online DLEPC , SLEPC (State Level Exhibition and Project Competition and NLEPC (National Level Exhibition and Project Competition) for the students those who awarded for their ideas/innovations for the INSPIRE Awards-MANAK Competition jointly organized by Department of Science and Technology and National Innovation Foundation-India.

In this app user will login with their User ID & Password and upload their prototype details which they have developed.
